  1. Criaig

Fantastic, I tested with several other boilers of this class, including the Fender Frontman 10G (a tragedy), Vox Patchfinder10 (very quiet, clean at 50% turns into a crunch, distortion so that it’s better if it wasn’t there), Marshall MG10 is ok, but little equalization, Marshall 15MG ok, but muffled sound and Yamaha, which I didn’t even take into account, is crystal clear, the stove is very loud and the distortion is decent. I tested on the Samick AV7.

As someone who has been playing guitar for several years now, I can confidently say that the Fender Blues Junior IV is a great choice for any musician looking for a reliable and high-quality amplifier.

One of the first things that struck me about this amp is its sleek and compact design. At just 233.1 mm in depth and weighing 14.3 kg, it’s lightweight and easy to transport to gigs or rehearsals.

But don’t let the size fool you – this amp packs a powerful punch. The 15-watt tube amp delivers warm, clean tones that are perfect for blues and rock genres. It also has a switchable boost circuit that adds a bit more edge to your sound if you need it.

One thing to note is that this amp doesn’t have a built-in reverb, which some may find limiting. However, you can always use an external reverb pedal if you want to add that effect to your sound.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the Fender Blues Junior IV to anyone in the market for a quality guitar amplifier. It’s affordable, easy to transport, and produces excellent sound. Compared to other popular guitar amplifiers such as the Marshall DSL40CR or the Vox AC15C1, the Fender Blues Junior IV holds its own in terms of sound quality and versatility. It may not be as powerful as some of its competitors, but it’s a solid choice for any musician looking for a reliable and high-performing amp.
