Ampeg BA-115 V2
Description
As a bassist, choosing the right amplifier can make or break your performance. This is especially true when performing live gigs where you need an amp with sufficient power, tone, and durability. One popular bass amp that provides all of these features is the Hartke Kickback 15.
The Hartke Kickback 15 is a 15-watt, portable bass amp designed for small venues and practice spaces. It comes with a 15-inch HyDrive speaker, which combines the warmth of traditional paper cones with the durability of metal cones. This results in a rich, well-balanced sound that is perfect for bassists looking to cut through a mix.
The Kickback 15 also features a selectable on/off limiter, which helps to protect the speaker from overloading and extends its life. Additionally, it comes with a 3-band EQ, which allows you to fine-tune your tone to match your playing style.
One of the most attractive features of the Kickback 15 is its innovative kickback design. This design allows you to angle the amp back 45 degrees, which directs the sound upwards towards your ears. This not only improves clarity and definition but also allows you to hear yourself better when playing live.
Moreover, the Hartke Kickback 15 is built tough to withstand the rigors of touring and gigging. Its durable plywood construction ensures that it can handle the bumps and bruises that come with life on the road. Additionally, its compact size and lightweight design make it easy to carry and set up quickly.
In conclusion, the Hartke Kickback 15 is an excellent choice for bassists who want a reliable, versatile, and durable amp for gigging and practice. With its robust features and innovative design, it is a great investment for any bassist looking to take their performances to the next level.
