I don’t know what to write because I’m addicted to Wavestate. After firing for the first time, I couldn’t tear myself away. I know that it is a digit, not an analog, but sounds and colors from all areas with the possibility of own, infinite modifications or creating colors from scratch. Full envelope and effects in 4 layers at a time. I have the impression that there are many different devices in one box. I am extremely pleased.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the recommended method for integrating Korg Kronos-2 73 into a complex MIDI setup with multiple devices and software applications?

The recommended method for integrating Korg Kronos-2 73 into a complex MIDI setup with multiple devices and software applications is to use MIDI Thru/From ports. This allows the keyboard to act as a MIDI hub, transmitting signals from one device to another and receiving signals from multiple sources simultaneously. Follow these steps:
1. Connect all your MIDI devices (keyboards, synthesizers, controllers) to the Kronos-2 using the rear panel's MIDI IN, OUT, and THRU ports. Make sure to connect each device to an individual MIDI IN port on the Kronos-2, so you have separate channels for each input source. Connect your DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) or other software application using a USB cable or MIDI interface to the Kronos-2's rear panel USB TO DEVICE port or MIDI IN/OUT ports. Enable MIDI Thru on the Kronos-2 by pressing [UTILITY] and navigating to [SET UP] > [MIDI SETUP] > [MIDI CHANNEL]. Select "Thru" for the desired channel(s) you want to transmit, such as Channel 1 for your main synth or drum machine. Set up MIDI routing within your software application to match the MIDI channels assigned to each device. This ensures that the correct signals are transmitted to their intended destinations via the Kronos-2's THRU ports. Test the setup by playing a note on one of your devices and verifying that it transmits correctly through the Kronos-2 to its intended destination, such as your software application or another synthesizer. Adjust MIDI routing as needed to ensure proper transmission for all devices in your setup. For maximum flexibility, consider using a MIDI splitter or merger device to manage multiple inputs and outputs simultaneously. These devices allow you to split one MIDI signal into multiple channels or merge multiple signals into a single channel, helping to simplify complex MIDI setups with multiple devices and software applications. Always remember to power off your Korg Kronos-2 and all connected devices before disconnecting them to prevent any potential damage to the equipment or loss of data.
