Design and Build Quality

The first thing you’ll notice about the Cort CR100 is its striking vintage design. The guitar has a classic Les Paul-style body made of mahogany that is durable and resonant. The guitar comes in a wide range of finishes, including Cherry Red, Black, Gold Burst, and Vintage Burst, giving players the option to choose one that suits their style.

Pickup Configuration

One of the most significant features of the Cort CR100 is its versatile pickup configuration. The guitar has two humbucker pickups, a CR Ceramic Pickup at the neck, and a CR Ceramic Plus Pickup at the bridge. These pickups offer a broad dynamic range, from warm and mellow to bright and aggressive.

The Cort CR100 also has a four-knob control layout that enables players to adjust the tone and volume of each pickup independently. The pickups provide an excellent balance of clarity and power, capable of producing both warm, bluesy tones and aggressive, heavy metal sounds.

The guitar’s sustain is also excellent, which provides players with the ability to play longer notes with excellent clarity and punch.

  1. Slap

A very nice guitar. I chose it because of the price, unique design, sound, brand and of course the quality of workmanship. The guitar is just right at the beginning, a fixed bridge, without a lever, with very helpful dots marking the frets from above and with characteristic stickers on the front of the guitar. The sound is unique, ‘sharp’, but it is very pleasant to listen to.

I have been playing for about 3 months and I am satisfied. I don’t know how to use this guitar’s potential yet, but a professional guitarist would have squeezed a lot. I heartily recommend it.
