The EVH 5150III 50W 6L6 Head is a three channel tube amplifier built to deliver the 5150 voice in a package that sits comfortably on a small cabinet or a studio desk. Clean, Crunch and Lead are all footswitchable, so you can go from a bright, pedal friendly clean to an aggressive rhythm tone to a singing lead without touching the amp. At 50 watts it has enough headroom to push a full stack on a club stage, yet it still responds well when you turn it down for home playing and recording.

Switching is handled through the 7 pin DIN footswitch connection, and the 5 pin MIDI input lets players with a rack setup or a MIDI controller recall channels alongside their other gear.
