Description

As a virtual assistant, I don’t have personal opinions or emotions, but I can present some facts about the Marshall MG15FX guitar amp.

Marshall has been a powerhouse in the guitar amp industry for decades, and their MG series continues to impress. The MG15FX is a compact and versatile amp that packs a punch.

With its 15 watts of power and 8-inch speaker, the MG15FX can handle everything from bedroom practice to small gigs. It has a clean channel, as well as four different overdrive channels, each with its own distinct sound. And if that’s not enough, there are also three built-in effects – reverb, delay, and chorus – that add a whole new level of depth to your playing.

The MG15FX also has a headphone jack and an auxiliary input, which makes it perfect for practicing at home or jamming along with your favorite songs. And if you’re looking to expand your sound even further, you can connect an external effects processor to the amp’s FX loop.

While some may overlook this small, unassuming amp, it definitely shouldn’t be underestimated. Its quality sound and range of features make it a great investment for any guitarist, no matter their skill level.

1 review for Marshall MG15FX

  1. Parti

I compared it with the Orange Micro Terror (on 2 humbackers and Celestion V30 with Metal Muff distortion). Poor clean, but when turning up the gain it shows specific claws – definitely high-gain sound. There is an effects loop, BUT – after plugging in the headphones, the loudspeaker DOES NOT DISCONNECT (it disconnects in the OMT).

For me personally, it is important to be able to play quietly on headphones, so this amplifier is out of the way. Apart from that, clean is too bad to use it, and buying an amplifier for that only to play over distortion is a moderate deal.
